PC Help Desk Technician Wausau, WI   $18-20/hour

Our client is a leading eco-friendly manufacturer and distributor of consumer products that is seeking to hire a full time on-site employee in the position of PC Help Desk Technician. You will be a member of a team that supports both on-site and remote company office locations .Your USE your help desk skills in building, deploying and troubleshooting, and supporting users in a large Windows Server environment, including Windows 10, MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory,  PC’s,  laptops, printers, network connectivity , VOIP, IBM iSeries,  Adobe and other business hardware and software.  This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and experience with a company that has stability, growth, great benefits and a solid career path.

We are seeking local Wisconsin candidates who have 2-4+ years of professional corporate PC Help Desk experience in a medium to large enterprise.  You must have solid Help Desk experience with building, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows PC, laptops, printers, networks, and other devices.  You will also have expert skills in installing, supporting, and troubleshooting business software including, Windows, MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Adobe, and others. You will have 2+ years’ experience hands on with troubleshooting network and Wi-Fi issues, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, VPN, WAN/LAN’s, group policies, firewalls, security. A CCNA and or A+ certification and experience with IBM iSeries would be a plus.  Our client is offering a base hourly rate in the $18-20/hour range, plus excellent benefits including medical insurance, dental, vision, 401K and 401K matching, paid vacations, retirement contributions, and friendly work environment with growth opportunities.
