Manager of Restaurant Systems $110-125K Los Angeles, CA on-site employee position. Requires strong Restaurant IT Systems Experience
Fast growing Los Angeles, CA based bakery/restaurant chain has a great opportunity for growth for a full time, on-site employee in the position of hands-on Manager of Restaurant Systems. Due to expansion to many new locations, we are recruiting for the new position of Manager of Restaurant Systems. As a hand on manager you and your staff will evaluate, upgrade, implement, manage, support and maintain all restaurant hardware (Windows, networking, databases, and systems integration) and restaurant software including QSR Table Management, Micros POS (Point of Sale), Hot Schedules, labor and food cost management, on-line ordering and loyalty applications. In addition you will assist other IT team members with deployment of new applications, systems and processes. You will support existing restaurants and manage New Restaurant Openings (NRO), manage Restaurant Systems tier two support and research new restaurant hardware and software as growth continues. To qualify for this opportunity, you should have 5-7+ years of experience of hands-on Restaurant IT Systems Management of staff, restaurant hardware and software evaluation, design, implementation and support of Restaurant POS (Micros preferred), Kitchen Management applications, staff scheduling, waitlist, reservations, on-line ordering, loyalty, and integration to other systems. You must also have very strong hands-on experience with Windows networking, databases, and systems integration. Salary range for this position is in the $110-125K+ range plus excellent benefits, and a great opportunity to grow your career. This is an on-site employee position in Los Angeles, CA with some local travel, not a remote or a contract or project job. You must be a US Citizen, US Green Card holder and authorized to work in the US.
