IT Help Desk Support $25-28/hr Ontario, CA

Progressive company in manufacturing and distribution across the USA is seeking to hire a full time employee in the position of IT Help Desk Support.  You will join a professional team in the IT Support at the first level for both local and remote users.  This will involve strong skills and experience in hardware, (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and telecom devices), software, networking using trouble ticketing system for problem resolution and escalation.  You will support, troubleshoot and resolve problems with Microsoft Windows Servers, Windows 7/10, MS Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office, MS SQL Server, EDI, and Oracle EBS ERP as well as AS/400 systems support.

The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of professional IT Help Desk Support in a professional business environment using a trouble ticketing systems for multiple sites, both remote and local users, and have expertise in Level 1 support and escalation to level 2 staff for the following, MS Windows 7/10, MS SQL Server, Windows Servers, MS Exchange, Active Directory, ERP support, desktops, laptops, printers connectivity. Experience with Oracle EBS ERP, VOIP phone systems and AS/400 support would be a plus.

Our client is offering an hourly wage of $25-28/hr, plus excellent benefits. Work hours will be on the second shift from 3:30pm to 12:30am and from Friday to Tuesday work days.
