Director of Sales Operations Glendale, CA $160-200K
Nationwide company, headquartered in the Glendale, CA area, is growing fast and wants to hire for the new position of Director of Sales Operations. This is a hybrid position: work in office 3 days a week and from home 2 day a week. In this challenging role you will lead the sales operations team (Salesforce) and lead strategic and tactical direction for revenue growth, and develop, implement and improve sales strategies, sales technology, and sales performance and forecasting, while supporting the sales team and executive management. You will lead the implementation and management of Salesforce and HubSpot technologies and other marketing platforms. You will also collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans to maximize sales team performance. In addition, you will develop sales training programs, work with marketing, finance and customer success teams to improve revenue growth, and provide reports and analysis of sales data to identify new trends and opportunities. To qualify for this opportunity, you must have at least 10+ years in sales operations, 5+ years in sales operations management, a deep understanding of the sales process, sales data analysis, sales technology (Salesforce experience is a must)), team development and a track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue goals. It is a big plus if the candidates came up through the hands-on sales ranks and then grew their career into sales operations and technology. You should have a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field. A Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is also required. Salary is in the $160K range, and total compensation is in the $200K range, plus excellent benefits and growth opportunity. Candidates must be US Citizens, US Green Card holders and authorized to work in the US. You must be able to reliably commute to the Glendale, CA area office 3 days a week.
